1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services provided by AUTHENTICATION.CLUB LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or loader, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use our services. By accessing our site or software, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Some products using our authentication system may require you to create an account, while others may only require a valid license key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Licensing and Usage

We grant developers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize our loader in accordance with their selected plan. Developers may redistribute the loader as part of their product.

End users are granted a limited license to use the software they have purchased. Users are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or share access to any licensed software unless explicitly permitted by the developer. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the nature of our service, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Resellers and Third Parties

Developers are permitted to work with resellers to distribute license keys. However, we are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or misconduct arising from third-party resellers.

7. Misuse and Termination

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or otherwise tamper with our loader or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found engaging in malicious activity or violating these Terms. Banned users may have identifying information such as IP and HWID retained for up to one year to prevent future abuse.

8. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or compatibility with third-party systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Developer Content and Responsibility

Developers using our platform may upload and execute their own software through our loader. AUTHENTICATION.CLUB LLC does not monitor, review, or control the content or behavior of third-party developers and is not responsible for the nature, safety, legality, or functionality of any files uploaded or distributed through our authentication service.

By using our services, developers agree that they are solely responsible for their content, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not assume liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of developer-uploaded software.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend access to any developer or content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to violate our policies, the law, or pose a security risk.

If you believe that a developer is distributing malicious or unauthorized software through our platform, you may report the abuse via our contact form at authentication.club/contact.

For the purposes of this agreement, "malicious content" includes, but is not limited to: viruses, worms, trojans, keyloggers, ransomware, spyware, backdoors, unauthorized remote administration tools, or any software intended to harm, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to devices or networks.
